02 · The Origin · Why it exists

The problem
found me first.

"I didn't start with a theoretical SaaS idea. I was running multiple WatchTheFall pages and kept hitting the same wall: every piece of source content had to be downloaded, branded, captioned, formatted and published — again and again, across page after page. Brandr came from that real workflow pain. I built the product because I was the first user of the problem."

WatchTheFall Media created the problem at scale — many pages, many identities, the same branding work repeated daily. That made it the perfect place to feel the pain, then test the fix. The media network isn't a side project; it's the proving ground the product was born in.
